Those who make a reservation through our website or call centre are deemed to have accepted the general terms and conditions.

You can pay the transfer fee to our driver by wire transfer – Eft – or cash or credit card payment upon arrival.

We undertake to make the transfer service with the prices in each confirmed reservation form.

We reserve the right to change the price on our website.

The purchase of the service made on our website is finalised with the confirmation e-mail sent by our company.

We do not accept responsibility for the non-transmission, late transmission or incomplete transmission of e-mails caused by the internet environment.

In such a case, please contact us by telephone.

Changes that may occur in the transfer time, place or aircraft hours must be notified to us by e-mail or telephone.

In case of delayed aircraft landings, no extra fee will be charged regardless of the time.

If pets are to be transported, they must be transported in a pet cage.

You must be at the airport 1 hour for domestic flights and 2 hours for international flights.

By law, tobacco, cigarettes and alcohol cannot be smoked in our vehicles.

Baby seats will not be available in our vehicles unless specified at the time of booking.

In line with the laws and our company policy, child or baby seats in the vehicle must be connected by our guests. Otherwise, no liability will be accepted. Our drivers will give you verbal technical support.

Vehicle selection must be made according to the number of people. Passengers outside the capacity of the selected vehicle will not be transported in accordance with the law. In the calculation of the number of passengers, children or babies should be included in the total number. The insurances in our vehicles are made according to the capacity of the vehicles.

In the event that the vehicle you have selected cannot arrive for any reason, you may be offered a vehicle in the same category or in a higher category.

You must fill in your information completely and completely in the reservation form.

Please check that you have entered your mobile phone and email address completely and correctly. otherwise, our company cannot be held responsible for any problems encountered.

Our transfer prices are valid per vehicle, not per person.

When placing your luggage in our vehicles, please check that the number is complete and complete. Our staff will always assist you in the transport of luggage. Luggage above the vehicle luggage capacity specified on our website will not be accepted to the vehicles.

Wheelchairs, bicycles, bicycles, electric bicycles, surfboards, skis and golf bags that are not reported at the time of booking will not be accepted.

At the airports, you will be greeted at the exit gate by our greeter or driver with a sign with your name written on it.

The prices stated on our website include vehicle, driver, fuel, car parking and motorway fees.

CANCELLATION / REFUND TERMS

  • Your return must comply with the conditions of “Right of Withdrawal” and “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be used” in the “Distance Sales Contract”.
  • Legal Return Period and Conditions: The legal return period of the service is 14 days from the date of delivery. Service fees up to 6 hours before the service purchase will be returned to the customer account or credit card without any deduction.
  • According to the “Distance Sales Contract”, the following products cannot be returned: -If it is desired to be cancelled less than 6 hours before the purchase time of the service, no refund will be made.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange transactions are valid for 1 (One) year, provided that we inform 24 hours in advance in accordance with our company policy.
